Instructor - onboarding programmes (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Cobalt Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Phoenix region, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
