Instructor - onboarding programmes (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate West Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 880 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
