Instructor - onboarding programmes (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
