Instructor - onboarding programmes (Phoenix, AZ)

Ironwood Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Phoenix. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
