Instructor - onboarding programmes (Philadelphia, PA)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Philadelphia. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in client sites. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
