Instructor - onboarding programmes (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Fox Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 448 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
