Instructor - onboarding programmes (Philadelphia, PA)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Philadelphia. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
