Instructor - onboarding programmes (Orlando, FL)

Stonegate Quarry Care Services supports families and individuals in Orlando with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
