Instructor - onboarding programmes (Omaha, NE)

Bluepeak Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in device records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
