Instructor - onboarding programmes (Omaha, NE)

Bright Vale Staffing is a Omaha staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in retention. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
