Instructor - onboarding programmes (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Oakland, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in client records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
