Instructor - onboarding programmes (New Orleans, LA)

Bluepeak Iron Learning Group Partners is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about student accounts. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in student accounts. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
