Instructor - onboarding programmes (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Keystone Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
