Instructor - onboarding programmes (Nashville, TN)

Rivermark Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Nashville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
