Instructor - onboarding programmes (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Iron Auto Group is a Nashville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in parts orders. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
