Instructor - onboarding programmes (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Loom Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
