Instructor - onboarding programmes (Minneapolis, MN)

Cedar Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
