Instructor - onboarding programmes (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group is an education provider in Minneapolis serving students and families, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Families are partners. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
