Instructor - onboarding programmes (Minneapolis, MN)

Harborlight Fox Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Minneapolis region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in onboarding. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
