Instructor - onboarding programmes (Milwaukee, WI)

Westbrook Ember Staffing Group places workers with employers around Milwaukee, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
