Instructor - onboarding programmes (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Summit Early Learning Associates is an early-learning provider in Milwaukee, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
