Instructor - onboarding programmes (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meridian Inspection Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
