Instructor - onboarding programmes (Miami, FL)

Highbridge Loom Early Learning runs childcare centres in Miami caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Miami. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
