Instructor - onboarding programmes (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Summit Auto Group is a Miami company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
