Instructor - onboarding programmes (Miami, FL)

Nova Umber Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Miami with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
