Instructor - onboarding programmes (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Umber Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Memphis, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
