Instructor - onboarding programmes (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Madison. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in school calendars. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
