Instructor - onboarding programmes (Madison, WI)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Madison area. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
