Instructor - onboarding programmes (Madison, WI)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in equipment calibration. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
