Instructor - onboarding programmes (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Cedar Thistle Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 982 people based in Madison. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
