Instructor - onboarding programmes (Madison, WI)

Nova Wilder Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 109 people based in Madison. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about meal programmes. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
