Instructor - onboarding programmes (Louisville, KY)

Nova Quarry Care Services provides in-home and community support in Louisville, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
