Instructor - onboarding programmes (Louisville, KY)

Nova Bright Staffing is a Louisville staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
