Instructor - onboarding programmes (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood West Care Services Partners supports families and individuals in Louisville with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
