Instructor - onboarding programmes (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Beacon Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Louisville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
