Instructor - onboarding programmes (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Willow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Little Rock. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
