Instructor - onboarding programmes (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Las Vegas, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
