Instructor - onboarding programmes (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cobalt Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
