Instructor - onboarding programmes (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
