Instructor - onboarding programmes (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in warranty claims. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
