Instructor - onboarding programmes (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Cobalt Medical is a Knoxville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
