Instructor - onboarding programmes (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Amber Auto Group is a Knoxville company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 449 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about supplier deliveries. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
