Instructor - onboarding programmes (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath North Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
