Instructor - onboarding programmes (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Iron Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
