Instructor - onboarding programmes (Jacksonville, FL)

Redstone Ridge Medical designs and makes medical devices in Jacksonville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
