Instructor - onboarding programmes (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Glen Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
