Instructor - onboarding programmes (Indianapolis, IN)

Redstone West Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Indianapolis, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
