Instructor - onboarding programmes (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Fern Inspection Services is an inspection company in Indianapolis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring an Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client sites. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
