Instructor - onboarding programmes (Indianapolis, IN)

Ironwood Cross Health is a healthcare provider in Indianapolis with clinics and support teams, and we need an Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 643 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
