Instructor - onboarding programmes (Houston, TX)

Bright Willow Early Learning is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Houston. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
